Al Khawatir is a movement for those of all faiths and none which wishes to include all of good heart, Gay or Straight, Black or White, Muslim or Christian, Rich or Poor, Young or Old, Male or Female.

Al Khawatir believes we each have a dark side and a light. Cleave to the light always even when the pull to darkness is stronger. There is space to light the flame of wisdom on the altar of your heart as you walk through the valleys.

The Khawatir Movement ("Khawatir" translates from Arabic into English as "Reflections") is based on the principles of Moral Re-Armement which is a movement for moral and spiritual renewal based on the 'four absolutes' which are: Absolute Love, Absolute Purity, Absolute Honesty, and Absolute Selflessness. Moral Re-Armament (MRA) is an international moral and spiritual movement founded by American minister Frank Buchman in 1938.
